Education
I attended the University of Edinboro and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Art Education and a minor in History. I obtained a Master in Painting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Work Experience
I have been working in art and art education in various capacities, from private instruction, to summer and afterschool programs, since I was in high school. I taught one year as a long term substitute teacher, teaching Art Education at Homer Center School District, instructing grades 7-12. In 2007 I was hired by Derry Area School District, to my current position, as the middle school art education specialist, educating grades 6-8.
