    UPON EMPLOYMENT all positions require a completed SCHOOL PERSONNEL HEALTH RECORDin addition to the Act 34, Act 151, Act 114 clearances, Act 24 & Act 168 disclosures > all less than a year old from date of hire. 
    Proof of Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training will also be required.  Please see the training info. on the Employment Forms page.
