Derry Area School District – Facility Use Requests
The Derry Area School District is proud to offer its modern, well-maintained facilities for use by community organizations, recreational groups, non-profits, and other local programs.
Our new Facilities Scheduler website is now up and running!
Below, you will find a link to the new site along with detailed information on how to create an account, log in, and submit facility use requests through FMX, our new scheduling system.
We kindly ask that all prospective users thoroughly review the Facility Request Policy, Fees, and Additional Information section prior to submitting a request.
Important Notes:

All new facility use requests must be submitted through FMX. The old facility scheduling software will no longer be checked.

All events previously approved through the old platform will be honored. Please double-check the FMX calendar to ensure your event has transitioned over properly.
