Education

I attended California University of California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.  I pursued a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Clarion University. 

Work Experience

This is my 10th year teaching 2nd grade.  Early in my professional career, I worked as a long-term substitute in various school districts.  In 2003, I was hired to teach 1st grade at Sacred Heart School.  I remained there until 2006 when I was hired as a 1st grade teacher at Derry Area School District.  I continued to teach first grade for 7 years and then moved to my current position as a 2nd grade teacher.
