The following clearances are required for all school employees upon hiring:
- Copy of Act 114 FBI Federal Criminal History Record Service Code: 1KG6XN
- Completed Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Report & Certification Form
- Act 168 Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure PDF form(s) with all of page 2 and the top of page 3 completed & signed.
- Proof of Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
Upon employment a School Health Physical w/Tb Test is required.
New Hires: Clearances & School Health Physical w/Tb test, must be less than a year old from date of hire.
